What You Will Do:

- Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.

- Maintain the Standard: Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.

- Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

- Collaborate: Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Solve & Support: Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience: At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.

- Knowledge: A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.

- Reliability: You have consistent transportation and a team first attitude.

- Communication: Honest, open communication with your peers, managers, and leadership.
