Pollo Regio in Lewisville, TX, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence by preparing our delicious menu items with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following health and safety regulations - Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service - Assist in training new team members, as needed

Requirements - Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role - Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
