The Opportunity: The Senior Business Systems Analyst will function as a top technical expert supporting enterprise level technical infrastructure
Responsibilities: - Studies and analyzes system needs, development approaches, process workflows, and opportunities for redesign or re-engineering. - Coordinates subsystem design and integration activities to ensure cohesive system performance. - Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies and develops frameworks for integrating and implementing changes to technical standards. - Assists in establishing and managing architecture governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and long-term sustainability of technical solutions.
Qualifications: Required: - Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience - Advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts - Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Comprehensive knowledge of OMB Circular A 136 Financial Reporting, OMB bulletins, and circulars - Extensive knowledge of the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL) - In depth knowledge of Treasury reports such as GTAS, DATA Act, and SF 133 - Experience with GAAS and GAS - Familiarity with Financial Audit Manual (FAM) concepts - Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies; experience working in an Agile environment - Ability to analyze, resolve, configure, and reconcile Momentum Financial reports - Able to lead teams and engage with stakeholders - May have practical knowledge of project management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
