The Opportunity: CACI is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Interfaces, Data Conversion, and Cleanse (ID&C) Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact federal modernization initiative replacing legacy financial management systems with a modern COTS product. Specifically, CACI is looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join the Data Cleanse development team, helping the VA identify potential data issues in their legacy system data and reporting out on potential issues and trends in the data to help determine root cause and corrective action decisions. - We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years’ experience in federal financial accounting and ERP systems implementation experience. - Applicants must have prior work experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, Momentum Financials or similar COTS financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).

Responsibilities: - Develop, unit test, and document code changes as defined in Agility tickets. - Update Agility tickets regularly to provide status of work progress and impediments. - Adhere to team’s and VA FMBT’s development standards. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinements,  and retrospectives) - Check all code (Alteryx workflows, Microsoft Power BI templates) into GitHub to meet program configuration management standards, - Perform timely code reviews of Pull Requests. Regularly refresh local code repository from GitHub to maintain currently library of team’s code.  - Perform monthly refresh of delivered Functional Requirements Models (FRM) reports and the Data Cleanse Scorecard (execute Alteryx workflows, refresh Power BI report, publish results to SharePoint application(s). - Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to analyst team and management, including client stakeholders and product owners. Communicate dependencies and risks to meet time estimates, and schedules for project execution.  - Clearly and professionally communicate with client and management throughout project and development lifecycle.  - Provide leadership and mentorship to other developers on the team, guiding them through requirements implementation and prioritization, as well as overseeing the FRM and Data Cleanse Scorecard refresh monthly to ensure timely delivery of work product.

Qualifications: Required:  - US citizenship is required. - Bachelor’s Degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience. - 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or federal financial systems.  - Strong expertise in Agile methodologies. - Strong expertise using Alteryx and SQL for data analysis. - Strong expertise using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization. - Proven ability to lead a development team through entire development lifecycle and providing input to requirements gathering sessions as needed.   - Must have the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation. - Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems. - Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Desired: - Experience working with the Momentum Financials database. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Agility, VersionOne, Confluence)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
