Position: Human Resources Specialist

Location: COVINGTON, GA

Job Type:  Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring - Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied - Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems - Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers - Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation - Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations

REQUIREMENT: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

QUALITIFICATION: - Highly proactive, dependable, and team oriented - Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgrounds

EDUCATION: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment

SALARY: - $60,000 – $80,000
