At Kyo, our mission is rooted in a commitment to making every moment count for the children and families we support.</div> </div> </div> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Orlando, Tampa and Miami teams.</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>The ideal candidate is located in Orlando or Tampa.</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year</strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entirely responsible for the success of the regions, working closely with the Senior Regional Director and leadership team in setting, driving and implementing regional operating strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recruit and manage BCBA staff and region’s clinical team, providing direction and inspiring leadership, role modeling high performance and achieving company and regional business metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Devote majority of attention and time to generating new clients, recruiting and hiring staff, quickly establishing payer relationships, and managing a new region’s growth and profitability.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain a billable productivity margin, based on regional targets as set by CEO, driving region’s revenue to meet quarterly targets.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive client/payer/staff outreach and engagement via timely, effective, in-person and online communications and relationship building, generating new clients and referral volume to meet regional targets.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide direct clinical services for own client caseload; caseload size varies based on regional growth stage and is set by CEO.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage region’s overall client/staff balance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate region’s caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee implementation of and adherence to company’s policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate with Admin departments - Revenue, Credentialing, Scheduling, Human Resources, Marketing, Talent, and Client Services to address region’s needs and meet goals.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; with an ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preferred: working knowledge of Apple technology and Google Suite.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have reliable transportation, a valid state driver's license from state of residence and automobile insurance, as you are expected to drive as a requirement of the job.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;">This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
