Your Impact on Our Mission…

As an Accounting Operations Senior Associate, you will support key transactional accounting functions with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) and broader procure-to-pay (P2P) operations. You will partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely processing of expenses and financial transactions, while supporting overall financial operations.

This is a contractual role. Shift timings- 5.30 pm -3.30 am IST

You’ll Enjoy This Role if You…  - Take ownership and see matters through to completion with strong attention to detail - Are comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment - Have strong judgment and know when to escalate risks or issues - Are proactive, organized, and able to multitask independently

Your Day to Day Is…  - Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy - Work closely with employees on reimbursements and expense-related inquiries - Perform T&E reviews for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance - Support corporate card reconciliations and expense tracking - Ensure timely processing and resolution of exceptions - Support invoice intake, validation, and approval workflows - Monitor processing queues and follow up on missing or incomplete information - Assist in ensuring purchase order (PO) utilization and tracking is up to date - Provide ad-hoc support related to vendor coordination and transaction inquiries - Prepare documentation and back-up for financial reporting - Contribute to the management and escalation of risks and issues - Assist in annual audits and cross-functional requests - Assist in month-on-month close

You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…  - Graduation with experience of working with financial and budget information. 4-8 years of corporate experience (working with international teams is an added advantage) - Working knowledge of the below tools of Coupa and NetSuite - Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pro) - Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting topics - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data - Be ready to take initiatives and multitask independently
