This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 650000 - Rs 850000 (ie INR 6.5 - 8.5 LPA)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Skin Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dermatology or aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing clinic operations, coordinating with doctors and staff, handling patient interactions, and ensuring a high standard of patient service.

Candidates with prior experience specifically in dermatology, skin, aesthetic, or cosmetology clinics are preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth and efficient functioning. - Oversee clinic staff and coordinate daily schedules, responsibilities, and operational activities. - Ensure a high standard of patient experience and service throughout the patient journey. - Handle patient queries, concerns, feedback, and service-related issues professionally. - Support patient counselling and ensure patients receive clear information regarding clinic services and procedures. - Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, counsellors, front-office staff, and other clinic personnel. - Monitor clinic finances, billing, inventory, supplies, and operational expenses. - Ensure adequate availability of medical, treatment, and clinic supplies. - Maintain operational records and monitor clinic performance. - Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. - Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction. - Support the team in achieving clinic performance and service objectives. - Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-friendly clinic environment.

Requirements - 3–6 years of experience in clinic management, preferably within a dermatology, skin, aesthetic, cosmetology, or similar healthcare environment. - Prior experience managing operations in a skin or derma clinic is strongly preferred . - MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification. - Strong leadership and team-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong patient handling and counselling abilities. - Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities independently. - Strong coordination skills with doctors, clinical staff, and support teams. - Good understanding of clinic operations, inventory, billing, and administration. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
