We are looking for an experienced and skilled  Senior Cosmetologist  to provide high-quality skin, hair, laser, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a professional dermatology and cosmetology environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with  cosmetology and dermatology procedures , excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to deliver safe, effective, and personalised treatment experiences. The role will also involve supporting dermatologists, mentoring junior cosmetologists, and contributing to professional training and service quality.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform  skin, hair, laser, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures  in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. - Conduct client consultations to understand skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns and recommend appropriate treatment options. - Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, precautions, and post-treatment care to clients. - Assist dermatologists with consultations, treatment planning, and specialised procedures. - Support  hair transplant procedures  under the supervision and guidance of qualified dermatologists. - Recommend appropriate skincare routines and products based on client requirements and dermatologist guidance. - Assist with medication-related recommendations only within the scope of applicable clinical protocols and under dermatologist supervision. - Manage procedure bookings and coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth client experience. - Address client queries and concerns regarding skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments. - Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure appropriate documentation for procedures and client interactions. - Follow all hygiene, sterilisation, safety, and operational protocols during procedures. - Monitor clients during procedures and escalate adverse reactions or clinical concerns to the dermatologist promptly. - Provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure guidance and follow-up support. - Train and mentor junior cosmetologists and technicians on procedures, client handling, and service standards. - Support professional training programs and practical sessions for cosmetologists enrolled in internal or external academies. - Stay updated on developments in  laser technology, skincare, hair treatments, cosmetology, and aesthetic procedures . - Contribute to maintaining high standards of treatment quality, client satisfaction, and professional service delivery.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 2+ years of relevant experience  working as a cosmetologist in a dermatology, skin, hair, laser, or aesthetic clinic. - Educational background such as  BDS, BHMS, or MBBS , along with relevant advanced cosmetology or aesthetic training. - Strong hands-on knowledge of  skin, hair, laser, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures . - Practical experience with modern laser and cosmetology technologies and treatment protocols. - Experience working in a professional  dermatology or skin clinic environment  is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of skincare, hair care, aesthetic treatments, and appropriate post-procedure care. - Experience assisting dermatologists with consultations and specialised procedures is an advantage. - Exposure to  hair transplant assistance  will be preferred. - Strong client consultation, communication, and relationship-management skills. - Ability to explain technical treatment information clearly and confidently to clients. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach. - Experience training, mentoring, or guiding junior cosmetologists or technicians is an advantage. - Strong attention to hygiene, safety, treatment protocols, and clinical standards. - Ability to maintain accurate treatment records and handle sensitive client information professionally. - Strong observation, problem-solving, and client-management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high standards of service quality. - Passion for  cosmetology, dermatology, aesthetics, skin health, and client care .
