We are looking for a proactive and adaptable  Quick Commerce Professional  to contribute to the growth and execution of a fast-paced, customer-focused quick commerce business.

The role is suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across business operations, customer experience, process execution, and growth initiatives. You will contribute to building scalable processes and delivering a seamless customer experience in a rapidly evolving category.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support day-to-day business and operational activities across the quick commerce ecosystem. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and operational requirements. - Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve customer experience. - Monitor operational processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Support the development and implementation of scalable processes and workflows. - Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution. - Track key business and operational metrics and support performance analysis. - Assist with new initiatives, experiments, and growth projects in a fast-changing environment. - Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution. - Support process documentation, reporting, and operational tracking. - Identify recurring challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency. - Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through execution with minimal supervision. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute across different areas of the business as required. - Contribute ideas and insights that can help improve operations, customer experience, and business growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 2+ years of professional experience  in quick commerce, ecommerce, retail, operations, business development, startups, or a related field. - Strong understanding of business operations and customer-focused processes. - Experience working in a  fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment . - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a practical, execution-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of tasks from initiation through completion. - Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. - Customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of service quality and user experience. - Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes and priorities may evolve rapidly. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities. - Good working knowledge of  MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital productivity tools . - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Genuine interest in  quick commerce, ecommerce, consumer technology, and emerging business models . - Strong ownership mindset and willingness to contribute hands-on in a  0-to-1 business environment .
