We are looking for an experienced and innovative  AI SEO Engineer – Search Everywhere Builder  to lead enterprise SEO initiatives by combining deep SEO expertise with  AI, automation, engineering, and agentic technologies .

SEO will be the primary competency, while engineering and AI will act as force multipliers. The role is focused on building scalable systems rather than relying on repetitive manual execution, using automation and AI-powered workflows to improve organic visibility, content performance, search discoverability, and business outcomes.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead enterprise SEO strategy across  keyword ecosystems, content, information architecture, search intent mapping, topical authority, internal linking, and organic growth . - Develop and execute  Search Everywhere  strategies to improve discoverability across Google Search, AI search engines, LLMs, social platforms, marketplaces, video platforms, and internal search. - Build scalable SEO frameworks across multiple business verticals, templates, products, and customer journeys. - Develop strategies for  Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)  and AI-search visibility. - Partner with Technical SEO, Product, Engineering, Content, Analytics, and UX teams to integrate SEO into the complete product and content lifecycle. - Define SEO and GEO best practices, governance frameworks, standards, and operating models for large-scale execution. - Build and deploy  AI agents and automation workflows  to improve SEO productivity and reduce repetitive manual work. - Use AI and engineering capabilities to accelerate keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking, technical analysis, search-intent mapping, and SEO experimentation. - Design automation pipelines that support scalable content production while maintaining quality, relevance, brand standards, and governance. - Continuously prototype, test, measure, and productionise innovative SEO solutions. - Analyse organic search performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable SEO initiatives. - Monitor changes across traditional search, AI search, LLMs, and emerging discovery platforms. - Develop scalable solutions that improve organic visibility, search performance, user discoverability, and business outcomes. - Collaborate with technical teams to convert SEO requirements into production-ready digital experiences and systems. - Evaluate new AI tools, agentic frameworks, automation platforms, and programming technologies that can improve SEO execution. - Establish measurement frameworks and performance indicators to evaluate the impact of SEO and AI-powered optimisation initiatives.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 3–5 years of hands-on Enterprise SEO experience , preferably managing large-scale websites with measurable impact on organic growth, visibility, traffic, and business outcomes. - Strong expertise in  SEO, keyword strategy, information architecture, search intent mapping, topical authority, and internal linking . - Hands-on knowledge of  Entity SEO, Programmatic SEO, and Search Everywhere optimisation . - Proven experience developing and scaling SEO strategies across multiple business verticals, templates, websites, or customer journeys. - Deep understanding of modern search ecosystems, including  Google Search, AI Search, LLMs, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) . - Experience working with enterprise SEO platforms such as  SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz , or equivalent tools. - Hands-on experience with  AI/LLM platforms, AI agents, agentic frameworks, and automation tools . - Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to automate and scale SEO workflows. - Ability to translate SEO requirements into scalable technical solutions and production-ready workflows. - Basic to strong programming or scripting knowledge is highly desirable, particularly for SEO automation and data processing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret search and performance data. - Experience working cross-functionally with  Engineering, Product, Content, UX, Analytics, and Technical SEO teams . - Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and large-scale website architecture. - Ability to experiment rapidly, validate ideas, and turn successful prototypes into scalable solutions. - Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes rather than repetitive manual execution. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for  AI, automation, agentic workflows, search innovation, and emerging discovery technologies .
