💡 YOUR MISSION: KEEP 1,000+ CARE FACILITIES RUNNING

As a Working Student in Technical Support, you help keep 1,000+ care facilities running smoothly. When something breaks - a firewall, an integration mismatch, a regression - documentation stops. Your mission: catch it fast, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen twice.

🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO SHIFTS ARE ALIKE - Own technical cases end-to-end - reproduce and isolate faults across app, network, and integrations - Debug integrations and on-prem configs for German care software systems - Untangle customer-side IT issues like firewalls, proxies, and certificates - Monitor system health during your shift and support incident response - Turn recurring issues into fixes - contribute to root-cause docs and runbooks

🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally in Computer Science or related - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract - Good Windows/Linux fundamentals and networking basics (firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS) - Nice to have: exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Sentry) and API/integration debugging, or eagerness to learn fast - Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts, calm and clear under pressure - German at C2 level, plus good English
