Travel Ortho Med Surg / Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Wilmington, NC

We’re hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Wilmington, NC. This is a fast-paced orthopedic and neuro-spine unit caring for adult Med/Surg, telemetry, orthopedic, and post-surgical patients.

Position Details - Travel Pay: $2,669.72 /week - Schedule: 4x12-hour night shifts - Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 48 hours/week - Contract: 20 weeks - Start Date: October 5, 2026 - Every other weekend required - Block scheduling available - No call required - Floating to other Med/Surg units may be required

Requirements - Active NC RN or Compact License - 2+ years of inpatient acute care RN experience - Orthopedic experience required - Current BLS and NIHSS - Epic experience required - IV start experience - Must pass EKG testing prior to start - Must be comfortable caring for orthopedic, neuro-spine, and post-surgical patients
