The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and driving a great guest experience. You'll: - Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety - Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions - Lead the team — hiring, training, and ongoing development - Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff - Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride
