What will you do?

A day in the life of a Project Manager, Transformation at VF looks a little like this.

Project Manager, Transformation – provides hands-on support to the Senior Director of Transformation, VP of Transformation, and leadership in GTM and Commercial Functions. Specific responsibilities include oversight and cross-functional implementation of transformation workstreams, support on required tool and process development, and change management with a special focus on AI and Gen AI in marketing, creative, product and content creation and related builds and analytics. In doing so, this role will work closely with the respective functions (marketing, creative, ecom / DTC, design, product development, etc.) across brands as well as with the VF Innovation team.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.  - Workstream Execution with focus on AI & GenAI Acceleration – e.g., digital, creative, and marketing asset creation, product creation, etc. - Work closely together with the Innovation team to drive implementation and value delivery of AI / Gen AI use cases where technology is mature enough to be scaled across the enterprise - Design processes, accountabilities, systems integration, and address roadblocks to ensure tech adoption, and drive change management; support rollout of new tools and systems on ad-hoc basis by trouble shooting, identifying gaps in usability/functionality, etc. - Collaborate with outside agencies on rapid proof of concepts to test emerging technologies and define business requirements for scalability - Address risks and challenges together with the Innovation team, business teams, and legal teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI / Gen AI - Determine business value and use cases for emerging technologies across brands and regions to drive further acceleration and move applications from experimentation to scalability - Track progress across brands and regions, and support the preparation of materials to present progress and updates to the global leadership team, brand and regional leaders - Co-lead AI forums for cross-brand exchange and use case showcase; provide inputs for RFPs related to AI - Liaise with the business and AI champions within brands to collect emerging business needs and connect these with tech progress to ensure right prioritization of initiatives   - Create training materials and support VF Academies to enable change management - Workstream Coordination - Identify risks and interdependencies of AI / Gen AI workstreams with other Transformation priorities, e.g., Go-to-Market toolkit and assess intervention strategies with Senior Director - Oversee tracking and execution of transition workstreams, ensuring smooth handover to business-as-usual (e.g., Stores, Brand, Marketing) - Collaborate with VF Finance and workstream leads to ensure value realization is on track - Coordinate risk assessments and escalate execution challenges as needed

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements or 1+ years of experience with an MBA.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:  - Degree in related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred - Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to see big picture and support transformation / AI initiatives effectively throughout the organization. - Ability to project manage multiple cross-brand initiatives and highly organized to ensure continued progress. - Influencer – the ability to inspire and persuade others without relying on formal authority. - Ability to integrate and analyze data from internal and external sources to make decisions; quick and enthusiastic learner with ability to quickly adopt new tools. - Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills to not only communicate with, but influence leaders across the organization - Highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys working in cross-functional teams across multiple regions—keen interest in AI / Gen AI and marketing / creative - Experience in consumer-centric, fast-moving companies; or in consumer tech / AI / Gen AI related fields. - Experience driving strategic and operational activities for a transformation office or PMO team within a global organization - Preferred: Experience driving digital programs, ideally in the apparel/footwear/fashion industry - Preferred: experience in marketing, creative, AI / Gen AI

Hiring Range :

$112,320.00 USD - $140,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
