Cash Applications Specialist - Part-Time

Pay from $25 to $27 per hour

Do you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with numbers? Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.

Position Responsibilities - Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. - Research and resolve payment discrepancies. - Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. - Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
