What You'll Do - Monitor and triage cybersecurity alerts across client environments - Investigate suspicious activity and escalate potential threats - Support incident response activities and security investigations - Review phishing, spam, and other email security concerns - Assist with endpoint security, patching validation, and remediation tracking - Document findings and maintain accurate security tickets - Follow established security procedures, playbooks, and escalation paths - Collaborate with team members during shift handoffs and ongoing investigations

What We're Looking For - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience - 0-2 years of IT or cybersecurity experience - Basic understanding of Windows, networking, and common cyber threats - Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus - CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) - Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In - IT Help Desk or Technical Support - Security Operations Centers (SOC) - Endpoint protection or monitoring tools - Vulnerability management or patching - Basic networking and system administration
