Job Description Summary:

What You’ll Do for Us

Activities include: - Serving as the primary point of contact between CPS NA and the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) for commercialization projects - Working with internal and external stakeholders in cross functional teams to execute commercialization initiatives in a timely manner to meet the negotiated concentrate availability dates - Identification and implementation of solutions to optimize the overall commercialization process and reduce overall timelines to decrease speed to market - Identification and implementation of opportunities for continuous improvement - Reporting of monthly Product and Portfolio Team metrics

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for CPS NA with the NAOU Program Management organization by: - Acting as CPS NA representative in NAOU lead project meetings - Coordinating activities within CPS NA and providing consolidated responses - Leading CPS NA in decision making and problem solving

Coordinate and monitor the commercialization process for new products, reformulations and other innovation projects within the CPS NA plants including: - Development and tracking of timelines for all projects - Identifying the need for modified or new supply models; Contributing to the design and execution of supply models - Collaborating with CPS, NAOU and GDI stakeholders to deliver the required results - Provide COGS estimates and lead times to GDI and NAOU for prototypes cost assessments and financial commitments for launch - Collaborate with CPS and NAOU to mitigate financial exposures driven by reformulations or changes to the project plan - Proposing solutions for risk management and mitigation of issues affecting project timelines

Promote productivity and standardization by identifying improvement opportunities within the commercialization process. Assist in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Lead all plant-based Commercialization Meetings reviewing active projects with the cross functional team to inform and address concerns

Support the timely collection of all the documentation needed from Corporate Groups for the introduction of new products or reformulations (i.e. SDS, PARs, country specific registrations)

Record, maintain and share project status and metrics.

Maintain, review and update Quality System documentation. Represent the P&P Team in both internal and external system audits.  As needed, develop and implement corrective actions to address opportunities or findings.

Initiate and monitor the process for any required certifications of new products (i.e. Kosher, Non-GMO, Organic) with CPS and the certifying company or organization

Requirements:

Education:      Bachelor’s Degree Required

Languages:    Bilingual preferred – English & Spanish

Experience:    5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or related field.

Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

Pay Range:

United States: 109,000 - 129,000 USD


Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
