We have a career opportunity for an experienced coordinator to provide customer support via phone and email. Great opportunity to join our College and support teachers! The Program Coordinator manages the daily administration, technical support, and continuous enhancement of the Aggie Educators Portal (AEP) for external partners. Additionally, this position oversees the certification office email account and manages test preparation access, requiring a foundational working knowledge of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) to ensure daily support aligns with state certification guidelines. What You Need to Know

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Two years of experience in Education or related fields, with some hardware/software literacy and application experience.

Preferred Qualifications - Five years related customer support experience. - Attention to detail strong organizational skills - Experience providing customer support via phone and email. - Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical customers/users. - Experience gathering and maintaining data within robust data ecosystems - Administrative experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong spoken and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to people without technical backgrounds. - Practical familiarity with everyday data entry, application, and virtual meeting software. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Design and run training sessions online or in person, along with writing user guides and reference manuals for the AEP external partners. - Working knowledge of the Texas Administrative Code. - Capacity to prioritize multiple urgent tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to improving the student experience at Texas A&M University.

Essential Duties/Tasks

External Partner Support - Serve as a technical point of contact for external portal partners, providing comprehensive user support and troubleshooting. - Design and deliver virtual, in-person, and onsite portal training initiatives exclusively for external partner organizations/institutions. - Maintain and routinely update product documentation including user manuals and FAQs. - Proactively notify external partners of platform updates and feature enhancements aligned with reporting requirements. - Manage all partner-facing communications to drive platform adoption and sustained engagement. - Routinely monitor partner portal usage to identify areas for additional support.

Certification Office Administrative Support - Monitor the certification office email inbox, responding to and resolving incoming inquiries in a timely manner. - Provide support to students by responding to inquiries about test preparation resources and guides. - Process student requests for additional test preparation access, such as adding practice exams or resetting study guides. - Facilitate testing intervention processes by responding to student support requests and coordinating necessary retesting requirements. - Assist and monitor graduate program candidates' assignment uploads, field experience completions, and admissions.
