Job Description:

Administrator, Corporate Access

TD Securities is currently seeking a Corporate Access Administrator to join our team based in New York. Candidates should have an understanding of financial markets, thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.  The position will be a key member of the team to support the various Corporate Access activities and team members.

Key Responsibilities: - Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects (including data entry) - Support Analyst marketing including Set up and Hosting meetings and webinars over video (Zoom, MS Teams) - Tracking & Allocation: track and organize inbound meeting requests across a large sales team - Event Planning:  - On site:  Event check in and set up, registrations at smaller events/meetings. - Planning – Venue scouting including pricing or contract negotiations - Data Management: maintain and update corporate access data within CorpAxe and internal trackers, ensuring accuracy across meetings, contacts, and historical interactions - Multi-task within a fast-paced and dynamic environment while focusing on details. - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Depth & Scope: - Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Detail-oriented, proactive, and consistently produces high-quality, accurate work - Highly collaborative team player able to partner closely with the EA team and internal stakeholders - Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, as well as a high-pressure environment - Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information - Comfort with and interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Familiarity with CorpAxe or similar corporate access platforms - Ability to understand business strategies and partner across divisions  - Strong team player with a willingness to pivot across multiple projects and teams, adaptable with a can-do attitude.    - Demonstrates governance, control and risk management behaviors in alignment with TD policies and practices

Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience - 3+ Years of related experience - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establishes priorities, and possesses strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills - Management experience and solid computer skills a must

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field; strong understanding of the financial markets - Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market research - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking capability - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Zoom and MS Teams as well as ability to quickly learn applications specific to our team - Ability to leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency strongly preferred - Professionalism - this team works with people at all organizational levels, as well as a high-pressure environment - Strong team player with a willingness to pivot across multiple projects and teams, adaptable with a can-do attitude.
