As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the resort's high standards.

Responsibilities - Lead the front office team during your shift, providing guidance, support, and motivation. - Ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures with a warm and professional approach. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. - Maintain compliance with the resort's operational policies, brand standards, and safety protocols. - Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience. - Monitor front office performance metrics and report relevant data to management.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess: - Proven experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry, preferably in resort environments. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. - Proficiency in hotel property management systems and standard front office software. - Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
