Key Responsibilities & Experience: - Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures - Help create a calm, fun, and positive experience for patients - Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms - Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records - Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care - Keep appointments running smoothly in a high-volume environment - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

- Full-time position, averaging 32–36 hours weekly - Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality - Loves working with kids and creating a fun environment - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Dental assisting preferred but not required - Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
