Your responsibilities

Your role revolves around four main areas:

2 - Programme & Project Management

You take ownership of your programmes from contracting to completion.

Together with the Programme Coordination team and Academic Directors, you ensure that programmes are delivered according to agreed scope, timing, budget and quality standards .

This includes: - defining the programme scope, planning and key milestones; - preparing contracts and programme budgets; - coordinating internal and external stakeholders; - briefing Programme Coordinators and academic teams; - ensuring clear roles and responsibilities throughout the project; - overseeing key programme moments such as kick-offs, events and closing or graduation sessions; - anticipating issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up when required.

3 - Financial & Business Performance

You are responsible for the financial performance of your portfolio and programmes.

You: - prepare and monitor programme budgets and P&Ls; - follow turnover, costs, margins, invoicing and payments; - ensure programmes are delivered within agreed financial parameters; - contribute to the CSP team’s commercial objectives by supporting client development and helping the Management identify opportunities across existing accounts and new prospects.

4 - Quality & Continuous Improvement

Client satisfaction and programme impact are central to the role.

You work with clients, participants, Programme Coordinators and Academic Directors to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our programmes.

You: - ensure appropriate quality and evaluation processes are in place; - analyse participant and client feedback; - organise programme debriefings when relevant; - identify and implement corrective actions together with academic and operational teams; - share insights and best practices across the CSP team.

You also actively contribute to the broader life and development of Solvay Lifelong Learning through cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines strong client orientation, project management skills and business acumen .

You have: - relevant professional experience (3-5 years min.) in account management, project management, client services or the delivery of professional services, ideally in a B2B environment; - strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously; - a good understanding of budgets and financial management; - excellent interpersonal and communication skills; - a genuine client-service mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships; - an interest in executive education, learning and the corporate world; - a proactive and solution-oriented approach; - a natural ability to spot opportunities, connect client needs with potential solutions and contribute to business development efforts; - the ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
