We are seeking dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral support services for clients in a residential atmosphere, across the lifespan. BCBAs will provide consultation and guidance to clients, caregivers, and team members; develop comprehensive treatment plans; supervise staff; and promote best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The residences home will be located in the Wayne County area.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. - Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP Supervise and train ABA Technicians. - Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment decisions. - Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals. - Communicate effectively with funding sources and maintain accurate documentation. - Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all aspects of service delivery. - Demonstrate proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention strategies. - Stay up to date with current research and maintain certification requirements.
What We’re Looking For: Required: - Current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D (BACB) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Michigan. - Master’s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Ability to work flexibly in various settings and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Preferred: - Three (3) or more years’ experience as a BCBA. - Two (2) or more years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related disabilities. - Experience supervising ABA Behavior Technicians, and/or BCBA/BCaBA graduate/practicum students. - Background working in multiple environments, including homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
