Overview:

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time Day shift Registered Nurse for our Acute Medical Telemetry Unit in Williamsburg, VA!

Hours 7AM to 7PM.

Sign On bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates!

Registered Nurse Transition to Practice Programs at Sentara:

Unique 6-Month Program Includes: - No separate application required, automatic enrollment for any RN with less than 12 months experience or transitioning to a new practice area. - General Nursing Orientation - Specialty Clinical Track Residency - Professional Development Sessions - Mentoring and Unit-based Preceptors

Education - Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) - Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) - Students in process of obtaining an RN Degree

Certification/Licensure - Registered nursing License (Required) - Students in process of obtaining Licensure - BLS required within 90 days of hire

Experience - None required - 1 year of acute care (preferred) - Previous healthcare experience (preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
