This is a consultative role for an experienced HR Business Partner who works with the business to diagnose problems and develop people solutions that influence the direction of the business. The right candidate brings deep business fluency — understanding how revenue is generated, how margin is protected, and how the functions they support create and preserve value. Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications: - 8+ years of direct HRBP experience supporting Legal, Finance, Strategy, or External Affairs/Government Relations; required. - Ability to articulate examples where HR work shaped organizational direction or influenced key business decisions. - Strong business acumen: understands how revenue is generated, how profitability is sustained, and how support functions contribute to business performance. - Proven experience partnering with executive leadership (GC, CFO, CRO, or equivalent) as an advisor on people and organizational matters. - Effective in both strategic and tactical work within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
