• Develops and oversees implementation of strategic AI roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals to achieve measurable business outcomes. • Leads cross functional collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and ensure the successful execution of high profile AI projects. • Drives innovation by applying advanced technical expertise to solve complex challenges, influencing organizational strategies, and fostering continuous improvement. • Provides leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring effective resource allocation with alignment to strategic priorities and delivery of impactful solutions. • Leads complex AI Engineering initiatives, solving abstract problems and delivering impactful solutions using advanced technical and business expertise. • Oversees decision making for highly complex issues with significant financial or operational impact, providing clear direction and actionable recommendations to management on key organizational priorities. • Develops and implements innovative solutions to address highly complex AI Engineering related problems ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Cultivates and maintains high impact relationships across multiple areas to provide strategic insights and delivering measurable value as a trusted advisor.
