As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Real Estate Services FP&A team, you'll own a set of core financial workstreams that directly support key business relationships and cross-functional initiatives across the brokerage. Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate Services FP&A, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to shape investment decisions and financial strategy, with visibility into some of the team's highest-impact conversations. You'll combine financial rigor with strategic thinking to drive business outcomes and build trusted advisory relationships.
About the Role - Own financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis for a set of core business relationships, serving as the primary tactical finance point of contact - Lead a recurring reporting cadence that explains variances, identifies trends, and translates findings into stakeholder-ready narratives - Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting and scenario analysis across your areas of ownership - Partner with the Manager, RES FP&A on strategic initiatives, with your analysis feeding directly into high-visibility conversations - Collaborate with Accounting and other cross-functional teams to support accurate month-end close and reporting alignment - Drive integration between financial systems (Workday, Adaptive Planning) and core business data to improve model accuracy and build automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools - Contribute thought leadership on scenario modeling within your scope, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and championing adoption of AI tools and modern FP&A platforms
About You Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related field - Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions and financial planning - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills - Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets and financial systems - Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders - Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financial, or similar FP&A platforms - Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses - Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI/visualization tools - Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms applied to finance or analytics workflows - Experience translating financial analysis into recommendations for cross-functional partners outside of core finance - Experience in real estate, technology, or other high-growth, operationally complex industries - Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks such as OKRs

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $76,500.00-$161,500.00 . The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
