The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island’s leading luxury automotive group, is seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Representative to join our HR team.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with people, recruiting top talent, and being involved in the day-to-day HR operations of a growing organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of our HR team, you will work closely with employees and management across our dealerships, helping to support a positive workplace culture while ensuring a consistent and professional HR experience.
What You’ll Do - Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate communication. - Provide support for the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Handle employee events including health and wellness initiatives. - Handle administrative duties including scanning, filing and purging files. - Monitor monthly performance reviews to ensure timely completion and follow-through. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. - Serve as a resource to employees and management by responding to HR-related questions. - Assist with employee training and development initiatives. - Support employee engagement and recognition efforts and contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture.
Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of experience handling HR functions. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree or, in lieu of BA degree will consider 5+ years of HR experience - Experience handling the full recruitment and onboarding process. - Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and management at all levels. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with an HRIS or applicant tracking system is a plus.
Preferred requirements include: - SHRM Certification - Automotive Experience
Rate of Pay: $25 to $35 hourly
