Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Supply Chain Contract Manager to support strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations across our global supply chain network. This role combines supply chain expertise, commercial acumen, and business process improvement to help ensure supplier performance, supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating supplier contracts, managing supply chain initiatives, and collaborating across multiple business functions to drive results. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, optimize supplier partnerships, and support mission-critical operations across our organization.

This role will require up to 50% travel.

What You'll Do - Lead supplier and commercial contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service agreements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic business partners. - Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, and operational performance. - Analyze supplier capabilities, capacity, market conditions, and business requirements to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply. - Partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. - Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement opportunities. - Conduct business analyses related to operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance. - Identify opportunities for process improvements that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance business operations. - Develop and implement sustainable business processes and reporting methods. - Support business transformation initiatives and process optimization projects. - Prepare recommendations and presentations that support business and sourcing decisions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a related field. - Experience negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and recommend solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience within the semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or related advanced manufacturing industries. - Experience supporting business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. - Knowledge of supplier performance management, contract compliance, and risk mitigation. - Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
