Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area — mentoring nurses and bringing steady, supportive leadership to home-based care.

What You'll Do - Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients - Supervise, coach, and evaluate field nurses - Provide training and ongoing education for nursing staff - Ensure services meet company and state standards - Maintain accurate documentation and support hiring/onboarding as needed

What You Need - Active RN license and approved nursing program graduate - At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years - Supervisory and Home Health experience preferred - Valid driver's license and insured vehicle - Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
