Galloway’s Pharmacy in Central Butte, Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our community-focused pharmacy.

Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of Galloway’s Pharmacy. - Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely. - Provide medication counselling, medication reviews, and other clinical pharmacy services. - Develop lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized, compassionate care. - Work collaboratively with local physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. - Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff. - Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, ordering, and operational requirements. - Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. - Participate in vaccinations and other expanded-scope pharmacy services, as authorized. - Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, privacy, and quality of care. - Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy services and better serve the community.

Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. - Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP). - Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset. - Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities. - Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions. - A friendly, approachable personality and genuine interest in serving a close-knit community.
