Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. - Promote Verizon products and services effectively to meet sales targets. - Assist business customers with inquiries, billing, technical support, and account management. - Document and maintain accurate customer information and interactions. - Contribute to team goals and positive working environment. - Adhere to company protocols and compliance guidelines.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales. - Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills.
