In this role, you will, drive seasonal sweater concepts from inspiration through execution for various private label accounts. You will combine a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and technical expertise to create commercially successful collections. Responsibilities - Create design concepts, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and market trends - Collaborate closely with the product development and sales teams to translate design concepts into commercially viable products - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis - Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations - Manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to final production - Ensure all designs adhere to quality and industry standards

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field - Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - In-depth understanding of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, composition, and overall design aesthetics
