The Senior Associate, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day supply chain activities, including planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, order fulfillment and supplier coordination. This role uses data and operational insights to identify issues, improve processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely product availability. The Senior Associate works closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and drive supply chain performance.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor day-to-day supply chain operations including purchasing, inventory, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution. - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product flow. - Monitor Inventory levels, demand, supply constraints, lead times, and service levels. - Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. - Support forecasting, replenishment, production planning, and inventory optimization activities. - Investigate and resolve supply chain issues, including shortages, delays, quality concerns, and order discrepancies. - Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics related to supply chain operations. - Partner with procurement, finance, sales, operations, warehouse/distribution, and other teams to align supply and demand. - Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, increase service levels, and minimize inventory risk. - Support Supplier Performance Management and participate in supplier reviews and business discussions. - Lead or contribute to process- improvement initiatives, including SOP development, workflow optimization, and automation. - Maintain accurate supply chain data and ensure transactions and records are completed appropriately in ERP systems. - Assist with new product launches, product transitions, promotions, and other initiatives that impact supply chain requirements. - Escalate significant supply, inventory, or logistics risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions. - Participate in special projects and other operational initiatives as required.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management. - 2-3 Years experience supply chain, operations, logistics, procurement, planning, or related functions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. - Experience with ERP/MRP systems, in particular NetSuite or similar platforms. - Advanced Excel skills: experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ownership of operational outcomes.
