About the Role:

The Marketing Project Coordinator will support our creative and marketing teams in driving projects from intake through final delivery. This role will partner closely with the Marketing team, with a focus on E-commerce and Creative & Brand. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and operational rigor, helping ensure cross-functional initiatives remain organized, stakeholders stay aligned, and deadlines remain on track in a fast-paced environment.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Operations Project Manager, the Marketing Project Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day project execution within established workflows, maintain visibility across project timelines and deliverables, and identify and escalate potential risks, competing priorities, or resource constraints as needed.

Core Expectations: - Coordinate creative and digital marketing initiatives from brief through final delivery , including seasonal campaigns, email and e-commerce assets, paid and organic social, direct mail, events, and special marketing initiatives. - Support the translation of high-level concepts and campaign goals into actionable project plans with defined scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership. - Review incoming briefs for clarity, completeness, and feasibility , asking clarifying questions and identifying missing information before work begins. - Monitor and identify potential risks, bandwidth constraints, competing priorities, and timeline conflicts early in the process, escalating issues and supporting practical solutions to keep work on track. - Build and maintain detailed project timelines while coordinating day-to-day workflow across creative, marketing, production, and external partners. - Traffic projects through project management systems and maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, timelines, and next-step visibility for stakeholders. - Coordinate and support cross-functional collaboration and maintain project visibility when priorities, timelines, or deliverables shift. - Coordinate the creative review and approval process , including preparing assets for presentation, coordinating stakeholder feedback, consolidating comments, tracking revisions, and ensuring timely sign-off.

Qualifications and Success Factors: - 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within creative, digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, agency, production, or a related environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred highly preferred. - Working knowledge of creative production workflows across design, copy, paid media, email, web, and digital campaign execution. - Proficient experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or comparable systems , required. - Experience supporting and/or coordinating work within a digital asset management system (DAM); Bynder experience strongly preferred . - High attention to detail with strong organizational and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to review briefs thoughtfully, ask appropriate clarifying questions, and identify missing information before execution begins. - Ability to recognize potential blockers, timeline concerns, or competing priorities and escalate them appropriately.
