Job description
MSPS Athens, holding a leading position in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is seeking to recruit a dynamic & self-motivated Accounting Assistant , to join MSPS team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the accounting team in the provision of financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices, expense reports and other financial transactions - Prepare and distribute client invoices on a timely basis - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities - Reconcile bank and credit card statements - Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closings - Assist with the preparation of financial reports - Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications needed: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - At least 5 years of accounting experience - Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures - Familiarity with ERP software - MS Office literacy - Fluency in English language, both written and spoken - Organization skills, analytical thinking, multitasking, attention to detail
