Industry Marketing & Growth

Job description

About the Role

Taryn Newton is looking for a Brand Operations & Content Strategy Manager to run the daily engine behind a fast-growing lifestyle brand — brand partnerships, content planning, affiliate strategy, and the systems that keep it all moving. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what’s next.

We’d especially love to hear from candidates with hands-on LTK (LikeToKnow.it), rewardStyle, or ShopMy experience — whether you’ve built your own affiliate/creator business on these platforms or managed them as part of a brand’s affiliate and partnership program. That direct platform fluency is a major plus for this role.

What You'll Own - Brand Partnership Administration — manage the partnerships inbox, execute paid brand deals from brief to reporting, track product fulfillment, and keep campaign files organized. - Content Operations & Planning — build shoot lists across paid, affiliate, organic, newsletter, and website content; keep Trello calendars current; prep daily and weekend briefs. - Sourcing & Opportunity Strategy — scout fashion, home, beauty, and lifestyle retailers for new arrivals, restocks, and promotions; flag proven products going on sale; bring original, data-informed content ideas to the table. - Newsletter, Website & Pinterest — own the monthly newsletter start to finish, keep the website fresh, and repurpose content to Pinterest weekly. - Community & Brand Initiatives — coordinate giveaways, charitable projects, and community programs from setup through fulfillment. - Process Improvement & Strategy — spot inefficiencies, bring solutions (not just problems), and act as a real thought partner on how the brand grows.

What We're Looking For - Experience in brand operations, content strategy, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, digital media, or social media. - Direct experience with LTK, rewardStyle, or ShopMy is strongly preferred — as a creator, an affiliate program manager, or both. - Strong understanding of creator-led businesses and how affiliate/commission-based content performs. - Excellent written communication and sharp attention to detail. - Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once. - Strong online research and product-sourcing instincts. - Able to work independently and make sound calls with limited direction. - Familiarity with Trello, Google Workspace, Canva, email marketing platforms, and affiliate tools is a plus. - Background in fashion, home, lifestyle, retail, or social commerce strongly preferred.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You're

Proactive and naturally curious, resourceful and solutions-oriented, comfortable speaking up with recommendations, and energized by building and improving systems rather than just maintaining them. You take ownership from idea through completion — and you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get there.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time role on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, reporting directly to Taryn Newton. Compensation is $60,000–$74,000/year, based on experience.

To apply, please share your resume and any direct experience on LTK, rewardStyle, or ShopMy — creator-side, brand-side, or both.
