Summary

The Clinical Research Site Liaison is responsible for the day-to-day management of the activities for research sites participating on early phase oncology clinical research trials. The Clinical Research Site Liaison provides support and oversight for the life cycle of the project, ensuring trial implementation is conducted to Moffitt’s standards and is compliant with Moffitt processes and federal regulations. This position oversees site performance during the execution of the trial including enrollment, safety event recording and reporting, data collection, recognizing and correcting trends, and regulatory activities.The Clinical Research Site Liaison I, is the first level within in career band. Progression to higher levels within the career band reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management, and ability to influence others.

Minimum Education:

Associate's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Biology or Life Sciences, or related field

Minimum Experience Required:

Associate's degree plus 3 years clinical trials experience patient facing coordination, data management, regulatory, or other research coordination. Must have knowledge of clinical research regulations and processes.

Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required: - Must have ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with others. - Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Must have excellent organizational skills and careful attention to details. - Must be able to communicate and work productively with all levels of administrators, faculty, staff and the public. - Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and overall computer skills. - Must be able to complete required workload with minimal direction or oversight.

Preferred Licensure (Other): ACRP or SoCRA Certification

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Biology or Life Sciences, or related field

Salary Range

$25.06 - $38.24 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
