These values shape how we work, how we lead, and how we create exceptional experiences for our guests and our employees. - Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. - Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while verifying reservations, identification, and payment methods. - Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, rates, and local attractions. - Process room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately in the property management system. - Handle guest complaints and service issues promptly, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and daily financial transactions. - Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and services meet hotel standards. - Monitor room availability and assist with upselling room types, packages, and hotel services when appropriate. - Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and follow hotel policies regarding security and guest confidentiality. - Support overall hotel operations by assisting guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and other hospitality needs.
Requirements - Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail - Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required
