Medtronic Neuroscience delivers life-changing therapies and technologies that treat conditions affecting the brain, spine, peripheral nerves, and sensory systems. Through collaboration with healthcare providers worldwide, the Neuroscience portfolio advances care across neuromodulation, cranial and spinal technologies, ear, nose and throat therapies, and other specialized solutions designed to improve patient outcomes, restore function, and enhance quality of life.
The Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Operating Unit develops technologies and therapies that help physicians diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, airway, and related structures. The organization partners with healthcare providers worldwide to improve patient outcomes through innovative surgical and procedural solutions.
This position supports the President of the ENT Operating Unit and serves as a key administrative partner within the leadership team. The role is based onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, requiring a regular presence in the office to support executive operations, leadership activities, and stakeholder engagement. Travel may be required up to 10%.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the President of the ENT Operating Unit, ensuring effective management of executive priorities, communications, meeting execution, and organizational activities. This role serves as a central point of coordination across the business and requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in support of executive and business objectives.
For the right candidate, relocation assistance may be considered to support a successful transition to the Jacksonville, FL area.
Primary Responsibilities - Manage the President's complex calendar, prioritizing competing demands and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics management, and expense reporting. - Prepare, edit, and format executive communications, presentations, reports, leadership updates, and meeting materials. - Coordinate leadership meetings, operating reviews, business reviews, employee communications, and organizational events. - Track action items, monitor deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables are completed on schedule. - Partner with executive assistants, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and enhance operational effectiveness. - Manage highly confidential business information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. - Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline administrative processes, enhance productivity, and support business operations.
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of administrative support experience. - 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders at the Director level or above within a corporate environment. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and executive communications. - Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, to improve efficiency and business operations.
Preferred Qualifications - Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree. - Experience supporting Vice President-level leaders, Business Unit Presidents, or equivalent executives. - Experience supporting multiple executives and coordinating activities across diverse stakeholder groups. - Advanced PowerPoint skills, including development of executive-level presentations and leadership communications. - Experience working within a global organization and coordinating activities across multiple geographies and time zones. - Experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
