The Sr. Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Cerrowire’s senior leadership team. This role serves as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders, exercising the utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

The Sr. Executive Assistant manages a wide range of responsibilities including executive scheduling, travel coordination, project support, event planning, and internal communications. This position also helps maintain the company’s intranet and contributes to the delivery of leadership meetings, employee events, and customer engagements, with occasional travel required.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining flexibility and attention to detail. - Administrative duties such as coordination of projects,   scheduling of   meetings, coordination of sub-contractors or vendors, and scheduling conference rooms, conference calls, etc.   - Manage project tasks with minimal oversight; work with team members to share information and resources; develop project materials and tools; and support the preparation of status reports for our clients and executive management.   - Contribute to   maintaining   and administering the company’s online intranet site via updates and   timely   communications.     - Provide support to schedule, coordinate, and organize offsite meetings and events .     - Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.   - Conserves   executive's   time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;   initiating   telecommunications.   - Prepare professional presentations for executives.   - Handle various travel arrangements for executive   team , coordinating calendars, communicating appropriately to all parties on conflicts or other needs, and resolving travel issues.   - Maintains   executive's   appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.   - Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.   - Ensures that   all materials are present and working prior to meetings with internal and external participants.

Qualifications, Experience and Education :

Minimum   requirements:   - Associate’s degree or combination of relevant experience and education   - 5+ years of related administrative experience, including experience supporting executives.   - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook   - Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills   - Technical aptitude with the ability to engage in a variety of project work, inclusive of contributing to the management of the company’s intranet.

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities :   - Excellent listening, organizational and verbal/written communication skills   - Ability to   maintain   a high level   of confidentiality.   - Ability to efficiently plan, organize and implement work priorities.   - Ability to draft and edit correspondence with precision.   - Flexible schedule and the ability to work occasional late/early hours as neede d.   - Ability to effectively manage projects   utilizing   appropriate project   management skills.   - Ability to   anticipate   challenges,   plan   solutions,   and garner the support needed to meet deadlines.   - Proficiency   with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)   - Proven ability to work closely with a diverse group of executives.   - Be able to work well independently, manage time effectively, be self ‐ directed,   and able to write original content as well as refine and compile information from   appropriate boilerplate   and technical documents .   - Previous   experience with arranging travel accommodations.    - Able to conduct occasional travel (approx. 10%).
