Sbarro is hiring an energetic and reliable Shift Lead to help lead our fast-paced restaurant team! In this role, you will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support team members during assigned shifts - Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders - Help maintain Sbarro standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness - Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift operations - Train and coach team members on company procedures, food preparation, and service expectations - Delegate tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods - Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards - Assist with inventory, stocking, food preparation, and overall restaurant organization - Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently - Support the General Manager and management team with daily operational goals - Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment - Lead by example and ensure team members are following Sbarro policies and procedures

What We're Looking For - Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment - Reliable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic - Ability to stay organized and focused during busy periods

Requirements - Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred - Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
