About the role:
Liquid I.V. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Special Markets, Military, and Foodservice retail to join the sales team.
The Sales Manager will be an active member of the LIV Sales team reporting to the Team Leader, Special Markets.
This role will be responsible for building and executing strategic sales plans for Special Markets, Military, and Food service accounts as well as the development of regional distributor and The primary area of focus will be growth across the areas of Special Markets, Military and Foodservice. Scope of role will cover both national and regional account reach.
Job roles would also include identifying opportunities in the marketplace and with distributors, creating presentations and promotional plans, presenting them to buyers/decision makers, and providing LIV Sales leadership with analytical insight and recommendations to scale.
The role will need to identify and execute display opportunities to drive sales volumes. This role will be responsible for forecasting and budgets in the assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a “natural salesperson”, highly analytical, results driven, and eager to work in a growing, fast-paced company.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Present to and work directly with buyers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Manage trade spend budget for national and regional accounts. - Develop and manage relationships with brokers and distributors, leveraging their relationships with decision makers and working with their AE & Sales Managers to develop tactical in-market marketing growth plans. - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to expand categories within the Foodservice accounts. - Identify and execute display opportunities to drive sales volumes. - Work with Team Lead and Ops team forecasting sales volumes.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required. - 4+ years’ experience working in sales in food or beverage. - Experience calling on National and regional Food Service accounts and/or brokers. - Experience calling on Wholesale distributors (Coastal Pacific, MDV, Vistar, DOT. - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products within the consumer- packaged goods industry. - Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. - Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

Work Environment: - This role is (REMOTE) role with flexibility for industry events and travel to El Segundo, CA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $106,100 - $154,700 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
