Location: This position is based on-site in Moscow, Idaho, and requires five days per week in the office. We will consider only candidates who currently live locally or are willing to relocate.

As a Custodian (Part-Time) at Lightcast, you will be a key member of the facility management team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept office environment. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of custodial experience who demonstrate exceptional reliability and take pride in creating a consistently clean and dependable workspace for employees. Reporting hours for this part-time position are Monday through Friday, 1:00PM-5:00PM PT at our Lightcast headquarters location in Moscow, Idaho.

Major Responsibilities - Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, breakrooms including kitchen area (fridges, dishwashers, microwave), conference rooms, and restrooms - Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables - Monitor and replenish cleaning and kitchen (napkins, utensils, plates, paper product) supplies - Report and assist with minor facility maintenance issues - Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, secure, and hazard-free workplace - Support exterior upkeep, including snow removal and basic weed maintenance as needed - Complete assigned duties reliably and help maintain a professional, business-ready environment

Education and Experience: - 1–2 years of custodial experience, preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals - Experience with general cleaning, furniture cleaning, mopping, waste disposal, and sanitization - Ability to support snow removal, basic weed maintenance as needed, and regularly lift 50+ lbs. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic - Ability to take direction and work independently - Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision
