We invite a precise, responsible, and analytical Chief Accountant to join our team!

Your mission will be to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, well-organized processes, and full company compliance with accounting and tax requirements.

We will trust you with: - Running full-cycle accounting across the group of companies and delivering consolidated, accurate, and timely financial statements and annual reports; - Strengthening the internal financial control environment and developing accounting processes by initiating ERP system improvements and automation; - Being a strategic partner in budgeting, financial forecasting, and decision-making; - Leading and developing the accounting team (2 employees), building a culture of high accountability and precision; - Representing the company in communication with the State Revenue Service (VID), auditors, and other institutions with confidence and a well-argued position.

Requirements

This role is right for you if: - You have experience as a chief accountant in a group of companies with consolidated reporting; - You know financial accounting, tax accounting, consolidation, and the accounting requirements of EU and state-funded projects; - You have experience with ERP systems (AxApta – an advantage) and strong digital skills (Power BI, ClickUp, FIKS, G-Drive); - You are an analytical, critical thinker with the ability to lead a team; - You communicate fluently in Latvian and English (communication with partners).
