€3,500–€4,500/month | Full-time | EET Time Zone At Fortis Media , we specialize in performance marketing for complex and highly regulated industries, including iGaming, gambling, sports betting, and other challenging verticals.

We work with ambitious brands that need more than standard advertising approaches, managing large media budgets, sophisticated advertising infrastructures, and campaigns that require strategic thinking, technical expertise, and constant adaptation.

We're a team that values ownership, initiative, and practical problem-solving. We believe great performance marketing comes from combining data, creativity, and collaboration.

As we continue growing, we're looking for people who want to make a real impact, improve how things are done, and become a core part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist.

We're looking for an experienced performance marketer who can confidently take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working directly with clients, making informed decisions, and finding innovative ways to improve campaign performance while contributing to the growth of the agency.

In this role, you will:

🚀 Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels

📊 Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps

🧪 Run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and achieve campaign goals

📈 Monitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets

🔍 Interpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans

🎯 Ensure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processes

📋 Lead reporting and forecasting while turning performance data into clear next steps

🎨 Advise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectives

🤝 Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growth

⚡ Make proactive pivots to campaign strategy based on performance data, market trends, and expertise

💬 Participate in client meetings and support proposals or sales conversations

⚙️ Improve internal processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and workflows

📝 Contribute expertise to proposals by defining realistic scopes and effective solutions for prospective clients

This is a full-time remote role working 8 hours per day. Our team operates on EET (Vilnius, Lithuania) time, with the workday typically starting before 10:00 AM Lithuanian time.

You'll report directly to our Operations Manager.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience , ideally within an agency environment, with a strong track record of independently planning, launching, optimising and scaling campaigns end-to-end. You’re comfortable taking ownership from initial strategy and forecasting through campaign setup, launch, optimisation, reporting and scaling, with clear accountability for performance.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with paid social , particularly Meta and TikTok, as well as programmatic advertising across multiple DSPs . You understand the role different channels play within the wider acquisition strategy and can allocate budgets strategically across paid social, paid search, programmatic and emerging platforms based on commercial objectives.

✅ A strong commercial and analytical mindset . You don’t just look at clicks, CPMs or platform conversions — you understand how media performance connects to revenue, profitability, CAC, LTV and overall business growth. You’re able to analyse the full customer journey, identify conversion bottlenecks and optimise campaigns based on meaningful business outcomes.

✅ Strong technical knowledge of tracking, attribution and measurement , including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, UTMs, click IDs, attribution windows and affiliate tracking platforms. You should be comfortable implementing and validating events, managing data layers, building conversion tracking frameworks, setting up and troubleshooting server-to-server postbacks, and identifying and resolving tracking or data-quality issues.

✅ Experience with performance tracking and attribution tools such as Keitaro , with the ability to QA tracking, diagnose delivery or measurement issues and confidently explain how different tracking and attribution methodologies work.

✅ Hands-on experience with cloaking is highly desirable and, given the nature of the role, a willingness to learn is essential if you haven’t worked with it before.

✅ Experience working in iGaming or other highly regulated industries , with a strong understanding of advertising policies, market restrictions, compliance requirements and responsible advertising practices. You should be comfortable adapting campaign strategies to different regional regulations and market conditions.

✅ Experience negotiating, acquiring and setting up Business Managers and advertising accounts across different platforms, vendors and resellers, with the resourcefulness to find solutions when access to standard platforms or accounts is limited. You should also understand how to test, scale and migrate campaigns across different ad accounts and Business Managers, with a strong focus on minimising data loss and ensuring previously built audiences remain reusable and scalable.

✅ A strategic approach to audience development and growth . You’re able to use customer behaviour, market conditions, competitor activity and regional insights to develop audience strategies, identify sustainable growth opportunities and determine where each channel can have the greatest impact.

✅ Strong creative and cross-functional collaboration skills . You can translate performance data, audience behaviour and psychology into clear, actionable briefs for creative, content, design and landing-page teams. You’re comfortable providing creative direction and building a structured testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign performance.

✅ Resourceful, commercially minded and comfortable with ambiguity. You can make sound decisions, manage risk and maintain performance when working with constraints, imperfect data or limited platform capabilities. You’re proactive about identifying challenges, gaps and opportunities rather than waiting for someone else to point them out.

✅ Fluent English communication skills , with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, clients, creative partners and other stakeholders.

Nice-to-have's

⭐Exposure to email marketing campaigns / CRM initiatives

⭐Experience and exposure to the iGaming industry

⭐ Experience with Google Ads

⭐ Knowledge or experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA)

⭐Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships

The ideal candidate is collaborative, positive, and highly proactive. They enjoy solving problems, communicating with teammates and clients, and taking initiative without needing constant direction.

They're a team player with a can-do attitude and they understand that great results come from collaboration.

We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, positive, highly proactive, and naturally takes ownership. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you spot a problem, figure out what needs to happen, and take it through to completion, while keeping the right people involved along the way.

You’ll be joining a growing two-person paid media team, so being comfortable working independently is important. You should be able to manage projects with little-to-no supervision, while also knowing when to ask questions, involve others, or flag something that needs attention. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond simply executing tasks — you should be curious enough to dig into projects, identify challenges, risks, gaps and opportunities that may not be immediately obvious, and think about how things could be improved.

At the same time, you won’t be working in isolation. Collaboration is a big part of the role. You’ll work closely with teammates and wider internal stakeholders, as well as clients, and project-related decisions will be made collectively rather than individually. You should enjoy exchanging ideas, communicating openly, and bringing your perspective to the table while being equally comfortable listening to others and finding the best solution together.

Things won’t always be perfect or straightforward, so adaptability and resourcefulness are important. We want someone who can stay calm when faced with constraints, changing priorities or imperfect circumstances, and focus on figuring out what can be done rather than why something can’t. You naturally approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and look for practical, thoughtful solutions rather than assigning blame.

Finally, we’re looking for someone who is curious and thoughtful about AI. You should be comfortable using AI to support your research, analysis, thinking and day-to-day efficiency, while still bringing strong judgement, experience and critical thinking of your own. We’re not looking for someone who uses AI as a shortcut or lets it do the thinking for them. Instead, we value people who know when AI can add value and when their own expertise should take the lead, and who can use these tools intelligently while maintaining a high standard of original, human-led work.
