LIFEBRANCH WEALTH PARTNERS

Associate Financial Advisor

LifeBranch Wealth Partners | Grapevine, TX

BUILD YOUR CAREER AS A FINANCIAL ADVISOR

LifeBranch Wealth Partners, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Grapevine, Texas.

This role is designed for an advisor who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Unlike many advisor positions that focus heavily on prospecting and asset gathering, this role provides the opportunity to work directly with an established client base while continuing to grow as a trusted advisor. You will lead client meetings, provide planning and investment guidance, implement recommendations, and play an important role in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Success in this position comes from creating exceptional client experiences, identifying planning opportunities, strengthening relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice through referrals, professional relationships, and outstanding service.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career as a financial advisor, take increasing ownership of client relationships, and grow alongside a high-performing, collaborative team.

About the Role

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will work with established client relationships and serve both independently and in partnership with other advisors. You will play an active role in the client experience, from leading meetings and understanding client goals to developing recommendations and coordinating implementation.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of client relationships, uncover planning opportunities, and help clients move forward with recommendations that improve their financial lives. Success in this role comes from becoming a trusted advisor to clients, creating exceptional experiences, and contributing to the organic growth of the practice through deeper relationships, referrals, and professional connections.

This position is designed for someone who wants to develop as a lead advisor, take ownership of meaningful client relationships, and have a direct impact on both client outcomes and the future growth of the practice.

What You'll Do

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

·    Lead client meetings independently, as appropriate, while partnering with senior advisors on more complex relationships.

·    Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

·    Understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances and incorporate them into the planning process.

·    Address client needs and resolve service matters in partnership with Client Service Managers and other team members.

·    Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through comprehensive financial planning.

·    Document client interactions, opportunities, recommendations, and follow-up activities in Salesforce.

·    Ensure timely communication of meeting notes and action items to the service team.

·    Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation.

Financial Planning & Advice

·    Review and analyze client financial information to identify planning opportunities.

·    Review and validate preliminary financial planning recommendations.

·    Develop and finalize client action plans and strategies.

·    Review and interpret financial statements and other financial data.

·    Run financial calculations and planning illustrations.

·    Present financial planning recommendations and strategies to clients.

·    Help clients understand their options and make informed financial decisions.

·    Implement agreed-upon planning recommendations and coordinate follow-through with the appropriate team members.

Investment & Portfolio Support

·    Complete Managed Account Annual Reviews following client meetings.

·    Assist in developing and maintaining Investment Policy Statements.

·    Review and assist with portfolio recommendations for accounts outside established models.

·    Make investment recommendations consistent with the practice's investment philosophy and guidance.

·    Communicate market and economic insights to clients when appropriate.

·    Support investment implementation and portfolio-related client needs.

Client Growth & Leadership

·    Play an active role in strengthening client relationships and creating exceptional client experiences.

·    Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through comprehensive planning conversations and additional solutions when appropriate.

·    Encourage and cultivate client referrals through trusted relationships and exceptional service.

·    Develop and maintain professional relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and other Centers of Influence.

·    Contribute to initiatives that enhance the client experience and support the long-term growth of the practice.

·    Look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality across the practice.

·    Participate actively in team initiatives, client appreciation events, and community engagement opportunities.

·    Take ownership of professional development and continued advancement as an advisor.

Why Join LifeBranch Wealth Partners?

Recognized for Excellence. Built for Growth.

LifeBranch Wealth Partners was named a 2025 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Team , reflecting our commitment to excellence and exceptional client service.

Here, you won't be joining simply to support someone else's advisory career. You'll have the opportunity to build your own career as an advisor, develop meaningful client relationships, lead conversations, provide advice, and take increasing ownership of the client experience.

While many advisory firms expect advisors to spend significant time prospecting, this role offers the opportunity to focus primarily on serving existing clients while still contributing to the practice's growth through referrals, professional relationships, and exceptional client experiences.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a team that values high standards, collaboration, and doing what is right for our clients.
