We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Sewer Lining Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of experience working with sewers or in the plumbing, drain, excavation, or home services industry who wants to develop their skills in sewer lining and Cured In Place Piping (CIPP). You will work alongside experienced Sewer Lining Technicians and assist with sewer rehabilitation projects from preparation through completion. Training will be provided on our sewer lining processes, equipment, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities - Assist Sewer Lining Technicians with Cured In Place Piping (CIPP) installations and repairs - Help prepare job sites and sewer lines for lining - Assist with operating and maintaining sewer lining and drain cleaning equipment - Help load, unload, transport, and organize tools and equipment - Assist with Picote, Hydro Jetter, and other specialized sewer equipment - Prepare materials and equipment needed for each project - Help clean and prepare sewer lines prior to lining - Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment at job sites - Follow instructions from Lead Technicians and Field Managers - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Help troubleshoot issues and communicate problems to the Lead Technician - Work safely and follow all company safety procedures - Provide professional and respectful service when interacting with customers - Perform other duties related to sewer lining and rehabilitation as needed
Requirements - At least 6 months of experience working with sewers OR at least 6 months of experience in the plumbing, drain, excavation, or residential home services industry - Willingness to learn sewer lining and CIPP techniques - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to work outdoors and in various job-site conditions - Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials - Comfortable working in confined spaces and around sewer systems - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
