Supervisor’s Title: Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Customer Service Exempt or Non-Exempt : Exempt
Location: Remote and up to 75% travel including International travel
Basic Function
The iMR Implementation Specialist supports new and existing customer sites as they adopt and gain proficiency with interventional magnetic resonance (iMR) procedures.
The iMR Implementation Specialist will instruct sites in iMR imaging workflows, promote efficiency in their implementation, and support the use of Imricor’s technology within the iMR Lab.
This role partners with sites to guide implementation from initial planning through operational independence, ensuring long-term customer readiness and confidence in performing iMR procedures.
Responsibilities
· Work on-site with new customers to perform iMR training and to support an initial series of iMR procedures
· Work on-site with existing customers, as needed, to provide training and support for new iMR procedures or provide additional training and support for existing iMR procedures
· Participate in customer readiness assessments, implementation and site activation planning
· Participate in the development of iMR workflows, training materials, and ongoing workflow enhancements and improvements
· Serve as a technical expert and resource for field support and clinical troubleshooting as needed
· Collaborate with Clinical Research team to support research studies and clinical trials as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
· Driven, ambitious, self-starter, problem solver, team player
· Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in cardiac MR or interventional MR required
· Experience in developing clinical and imaging workflows and training programs in clinical environments and able to work in the MR environment
· Experience with pre-clinical (animal) research is a plus
· Strong communication and clinical teaching skills
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with research, industry partners, and field teams
· ARRT Certified, MR Registered
· Verification that you will satisfy all hospital vendor credentialing requirements
· Ability to travel up to 75% including international and domestic travel, with flexibility to support customer implementation timelines
Working Conditions - Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less. - Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors. - Combination of remote/corporate office, clinical site visits, and MRI lab environments - Regular travel to hospitals and industry events
